Is there anypoint to importing it though, it's allready out here and if anything will cost more to import than to go to a shop and buy.

Although I got my copy when the game was released in the US, this is not true. At least for € countries, it's still cheaper to import region free games than buy it here.
Let's take Smash Hits as an example:
Retail price Germany: 69,99 €
Retail price USA: 49,99 $ (redoctane shop) = ~36,50 €
Shipping: about 10 $ = ~ 7,30 €
That's about it. If I'm lucky I don't have to pay import taxes, if I have to it's:
36,50 € + 19% = 43,44 € + 7,30 € shipping = 50,74 €. I imported already about 30 games from the US and I never had to pay import taxes (don't know how it is in other european countries though). So without taxes the imported game costs about 2/3 of the retail price here, even with taxes, it's still about 20 € cheaper. But I guess that's only for countries with the € ;).

Oh I see how it is :p. It's only about £40 in the shops over here so I don't know what that turns out to be in Euros or anything. But when I went to import this it would have cost me about £55 or something like that.
:p but I don't care in the end I got mine for £7 so it was super cheap this way lol.

Well my game came as an offer. I bought sonisphere festival tickets, and as part of a deal you could get the game for £7. So I really payed £170 or so pound, but I was planing on going anyway so I would have been that much out of pocket.

lol I shall enjoy it :p I leave in a couple of days :).
If I don't enjoy the festival, thinking I got a game out of it as well would piss me off so much. "I PAID £170 FOR A GAME!!!!"
