can't find the last plan in collect mission 4

can anyone help me? i must find the last plan for collect mission number 4. but i do not see the dot on the map!!!!

Go to the map and turn off all the symbols except the collect missions. It is under the D. It's on top of the big mountain at eagle's nest base.
