User CP

I just wanted to give a quick and easy idea. Can we make the bar that the "User CP" is on to appear on all pages of the site instead of just the forums? I think it would make navigating around the website easier.

Here's another idea: Just move options from "User CP" to "Log Out" up to the green arching bar just below the header and just above the ad.

Thoughts?

I like the idea, but would be point quite pointless in the forum area because logging out and User CP are easily accessible.
