Trouble with achievement

I'm stuck trying to get the "Block a FG" achievement. It's the last achievement I need to 1000 this game and for some reason, I just can't block a field goal. Can anyone give me some tips for this? Is it possible to unlock it blocking a PAT field goal or only a normal one? What team should I use against some other team? I've tried to get this one in normal gameplay and by itself multiple times and the game must really just hate me.

If you just want the achievement do this:

Get them into Field Goal formation.
Turn offsides off.
Take a defense player and stand in front of the holder.
The ball should slam you in the chest.
Achievement Unlocked.

It may take a few tries.

That doesn't work when I try it. It just causes a fumble. That isn't really blocking the field goal either. It's more of just blocking the snap.
