Is the Reward achievement glitched?

I just played though the game for my first time and collected most of the rewards but missed a few. I went back today and managed to get all the rewards I thought I had missed, although the achievement did not pop up. Does anyone know if this achievement is glitched or if it is just me?

it glitched for me too you have to delete your save and start all over gain

so i have to go to the dashboard and delete the memory of the game? And...wont that not let me play it on the killer difficulty?

finish all other achievements first, thats what I am doing. when you have all but the last (collectible) achievement done, it doesn't matter what is on your hard drive if you are starting over. Just delete the game, start fresh on Pussy, and breeze through the game while picking up everything. I will have played through a full 3 times, but it only added a little over an hour or so to my 1000 time.

EDIT: I was running through on the killer difficulty and i was looking for some ammo for my pistol.....i found one that i guess wasn't on the list i used.....got the achievement!!!!I was so happy lol.(it was right before you kill the big black guy)
