Billboard (fizzy cola) - 2,200 lbs

Watertower (silver) - 9,200 lbs
Exhaust pipe thing - 3,300 lbs
Truck Trailer (square) - 11,000 lbs
Truck Trailer (round) - 22,000 lbs
Big Belly Burger Man - 11,000 lbs
Planet Krypton Statue - 11,000 lbs

Surprisingly truck trailers are the way to go, you can find the round ones in the Industrial District islands. The only problem is they explode after a while and poor Superman feels the need to throw them rather than drop them, so fly up and then they won't hit a sausage.

I don't think there a sub world. I'm almost to the 5 mil needed and I haven't found any.

I have 5 flyers done stuck on #6. Only need 2 bizarros left. And of course they are the ones that you need to get the most points on.

Any good tips on the bizarros??

nice guide and thank you for it. i FINALLY got the 10,000 tons achievement lastnight after getting sick of tossing cars around. i restarted the game, went to war world, and it took less than 2 hours of tossing the saucer shaped towers levels around. definately, the EASIEST and QUICKEST way to get the achievement.

EA ought to be shot in the head for putting such a ridiculous achievement like this in the game in the first place. same goes with the achievement i'm currently working on, and the last one i need, 10,000 miles.

Well, lbs is pounds, and not your money either. One ton = 2000 pounds.
1 pound = 0.45359237 kilogram
1 ton = 907.18474 kilogram

It's around 22 millions pounds. In Warworld pick up the large discs. They weigh 66,000 pounds each. Just keep lifting and retry when you loose/fail your objective. Your stats remain. HAPPY LIFTING...........

Look all I'm seeing is complaining. Sure they should have made that huge tanker ship a liftable object and really make it more diverse but think about the basics. You're Superman I think they made the game in mind for people who love him to death and want to do everything he does sure you might have to lift 200 things in the game to complete the core of it but your lucky they didn't make it more especially the Valet Trophy with lifting 500 cars...and one of every type achievement. Or even a foot race with Mr.X they're may be one I haven't finished yet. Or save 1000 people just think how worse they could have made it.

i found this achievement long and boring, but to make your trip a little quicker i thought i would add a little, the way i found to be the easiest was to kick the crap out of the first guy till he splits then i killed 5 of his form leaving 3 of him left, they pretty much stay to the middle and shoot in a circle and don't bother you so you can lift 1 circular disc and then hit B and then catch it. Do this as many times as you can. it made it much easier than throwing each one and grabbing another and throwing it. but the guy will turn back into his single form. you can throw and catch once and then fly to the other side of the screen, then throw it and catch it again, rinse and repeat. I got 9 mil pounds without having to lose, and it took me 1 hour 15 min

I just got the achievement. I was picking up and dropping the I-Beams for approx. 1 1/2 hours. I liked the I-Beams because superman doesn't throw them away and that they don't explode after a few drops.

This is a nice post. I was doing what you were most likely doing and flipping between the menu stats before and after picking something up. I'm gonna stop storing the rough numbers that were in my head because this looks good. And now I finnaly know what the hell I picked up to give me my record best weight of 22,000 pounds finally. I was searching everywhere over the world trying to figure out what it was but to no avail. Eventually I found that 17,000 pound boat and juggled it from high in the air for a while. This all seems futile though I guess I should just suck it up and prepare for a hellish achievement. Zef, did you use the warlord area? I'd assume you would have after looking at the table you built up. What did you eventually decide on?

its amazing with supermans strength how limited he is to lifting things in this island, surely he should be able to pick up anything he wants to

Hands down quickest way to get this is to go back to War World (what a dumb name) and pick up the large round building levels. You can pick them up, throw them, fly forward and grab them - rinse and repeat - to make it faster.
