Ascend Achievement

OK, just got the Ascend achievement without any help from anyone else. Here's how I did it:

1. Get the Slipstream car by getting the pickup on the Ternion course.
2. Start a freeplay game with the following settings:

Track: Nexus
Car: Slipstream
Gametype: Wrecking Ball
AI Skill: as high as possible
Bots: as swarming as possible
Kill limit: 50 (this probably doesn't matter)

3. Start the game and drive around. Try not to shoot anyone... but do hang around the trampoline platforms and drive slowly, or even stop.

What *should* happen is that someone will bash into you and knock you into a trampoline, and then you'll go flying up. In my case, I went WAY past 200m, because it said "Achievement awarded" while I was still heading up.

Some amount of luck involved in this, but it shouldn't be too hard to get.

Thanks, that worked like a charm - only took two tries. That was the one achievement I couldn't get.

You can also get this by going full speed into a trampoline with the slipstream.
