Need help with last mission.

Dont worry about it now i have done it, however i do have another question about the prize fights.... well i wanna know where they are i cant find them for the life of me, i have been looking everywhere, so any help with this would be apreciated.

they are in the bars, in the basement or the top floor... i believe that to be true.
