how easy actually is this game?

Excluding sports games like NBA 2k6 and College Hoops 2k6, this is the quickest and easiest 1000 for an action game so far.

I got stuck on the river ride where the T-Rex's are chomping at you from each side and racing down the river. My son (who beat it in about 4 hours total) just laughed and laughed and laughed and eventually pointed out what I was doing wrong. It was so simple that I don't even remember what it was, but I slapped my forehead and completed it with no issues.

I think it took me four tries to clear out the last scene on the island, but the rest was very straight forward.

There was a patch that downloaded when I threw it in about 5 hours ago.

Played through the game (with a few 10-min breaks) in about 4 hours.

Was an ENTERTAINING 4 hours .. had more fun with it (and less time) than Madden 06 .. pretty decent deal for 1k points. It's not a BAD game, just nothing awesome. Feel sorry for everyone that paid full price for it at launch.

This game is Pretty damn easy.... But as far as the quickest, I'm not sure.

Although being easy, I did have to split it up into a couple days of playing.

With my work schedule I'm only allotted 3-4 hrs of playtime a night, but with 2-3 days of that to complete the game. Creating a range of time for me to complete it at 6-12 total hrs (min and max). Since this was a while ago, Im not sure the exact hrs played.

I had a much faster 1000 playing MLB 2K6. Only took me one game to get all achievements, so about 45min to an hour.

quick g-note in points...ok graphics...fun as hell when you wack away at the Y button and watch kong have a seizure! i heard that its a toss up between this and TMNT for the easiest achievements. anyway, dont use cheats until after the "hayes" level. cause that level glitches and you'll either pull your hair out or toss your $50 controller across the room at about 100 miles per hour...oops.

King Kong is for sure NOT the fastest game... Yesterday 9PM to 12AM i played it and I did half of the game so another 3-4 hours today for finish it I think or may be the second part is faster to finish...

But NBA 2K6 I rent it yesterday, in only one game I unlock all those 5 achievements, with 12 mins per quarter. So in 48 minutes i get 1000/1000 achievements points.

King Kong will probably take me 8-9 hours in total, but I go to admit that I'm always stuck to find some stick or not good on their strategy... You know when you are too stone to play it properly :drunk

King Kong is an easy game because all you have to do is finish the game to get ALL the achievement...and you can use cheats to speed it up even more.
Between the bad camera angles, when you're in caves and the ocassional lost stick I was able to finish the game in about 4-5 five days ( playing 2 hours a day )

I don't think the story line was all that bad. The camera angles were goofey at time, but the lighting was fixed by adjusting it a little in the options. It is an easy 1K, but that how some games are. I do agree with renting or borrowing though.

Took me about 6 hours to get them. Just did it over the night. By far the easiest achievements I've seen or gotten. Made Fight Night 3s look hard

It was the easiest game to complete and get 1000 on, but I think fusion frenzy is now the easiest, the only hard part about that game is finding online games if you want to do the online achievements legitimately XD

I'd say the hardest part of this game is having the willpower to play through it, it's not my kind of game really, bit too simple and too linear to hold my interest for hours. I've played it for a few days, almost completed it now.

Yeah, I would have to say this is not the easiest just because of how much it pisses me off while playing. But definatly doesn't take skill to get a full 1000. And I enjoy playing as Kong, But that's about the only satisfation I get from this game.
