i got bored and created my own achievement haha.. between stealth consume and patsy i cleaned out the interior of a military base with no alert and no physical attack of any kind..it was rather entertaining.

Can someone explain 'patsy' to me? Is this the press B to grab a character and then Y to consume attack or something that I haven't unlocked yet?

you unlock it rather late. guess once the city becomes 60 or 80% infected. then you target a soldier while in disguise, then RB+X and enjoy what happens^^

the only thing funnier than a patsy is when you shoot a helicopter down and the pilot screams "i got him, i got him. wait, no, i dont got him! ahhhhhh!!"

i cant seem to get the patsy thing to work, i have unlocked it but when i go to a base in disguise ive always got the yellow alert thing, can never seem to stay hidden to do patsy ???

You can use the patsy while being watched, in fact if there are no viral detectors around it can be used to get the military off your back. You must TARGET a MILITARY SOLDIER then hit RB+X. Until you get the patsy range boost you must be very close to them. I love patsy I got the achievement within 2 minutes of unlocking the ability haha

Me to it happened in the middle of a base and I honestly felt bad about the guy who I patsied... he was just a fleshy spinalcord in some blood...
