Elizabeth Greene-Hard Difficulty

I just got to Elizabeth Greene on hard difficulty and after dieing about thirty times i was wondering if you guys had any tips on beating her . I would try the tank method stated in the guide , but in the beginning there is no tanks.

chuck loads of cars at her to lower her health. use whipfist to hijack helicopters as well.

Use your devastators. When you need more health get out of her range and consume some smaller enemies. And helis will help you out bigtime.
