Wondering how many hours this is going to take especially as the players are getting better as you progress through career mode?

Well, every time you get a opportunity to smash it hit http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/misc/y.png. It counts as a lob shot even though you smash it. It's not as powerful as hitting any of the other buttons but should always work if you do in the right direction.

I got this in about twenty minutes using 2 controllers because i thougth it would be impossible to lob the al like in VT3 but it is actually very easy espaicilly early on in your amateur career.
