What is the best way to destroy all the Badlands high importance target that is surrounded by medium importance targets (its not the bridge one)?

I barely made it inside that area before getting torn apart.

Best way I did is try to go higher in the mountains and shoot the building with rocket , go hide , get ammo , comeback and so on , otherwise I just ram the building with a big truck and try to throw most of all my mine and boom boom !

I ended up grabbing an MOAB and driving that thing right into the middle. That was fun.

^^ That's how i took most of the buildings out, i believe the western group is the garage, usually a tank in there though sometimes an enemy will jump in it, so best bet is to sneak in and take out any surrounding guards with melee or nano rifle, otherwise an M.O.A.B. is useful as long as the vehicle stays working long enough (cursed turrets).
