In an interview with Joystiq, Forza Motorsport 3 (http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Forza-3/) content director John Wendl of Turn 10, confirmed the upcoming racer would ship on two discs. As rumors last year (http://www.joystiq.com/2008/06/23/rumorang-forza-3-core-game-will-be-on-one-disc/) noted, the core game will come on the game's first disc while the second will be reserved for other content -- such as vehicles and maps. "It is going to ship on two discs," Wendl said. "Disc one is the full experience, even disc one is bigger than any other racing game out there. Disc two includes a lot of extra cars, even a handful of tracks."
When asked if the second disc would act as a data transfer, downloading the additional content to the hard drive for use with the first disc, Wendl told us that was "exactly right." While Turn 10 (http://www.joystiq.com/tag/Turn-10/) assures all gamers will be able to enjoy the full Forza 3 experience, we now have confirmation that not all gamers will be able to enjoy all 400 vehicles promised at the Microsoft press briefing.http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/04/forza-motorsport-3-will-ship-on-two-discs/

Yeah, it's time to get a bigger hard drive for you, I guess. I don't think it would take more than a GB or 2 to install though, at least for the disc 2 content. I don't see the game being THAT big. If you want to install the full thing though (both discs), I'd expect 6-7 GB of hard drive space. That's less than my Rock Band DLC :)

The first disc has everything .. the second one just an extra tracks and a few things .
but the cars..est tracks and the whole career and online in the first disc :D
I have no problem with that ... 2 discs is better than installing stuff ever 30 meunits like SONY games ;/

The developers said that the second disc would be like 2 years worth of DLC for free! They said the disc would have all the extra tracks and cars as well!:Bounce:

Yeah just delete all the old demos you've been storing or all the gamerpictures and themes that ms loads onto the hard drive before shipping out the console. Don't forget to uninstall those games you don't play anymore as well. I have 24gb out of the 60gb I have and thats with some RB content. All the Forza 2 content as well as 3 games installed plus arcade games. Unless your still running the 20gb hd I don't see a problem to buying a bigger hd.

I've been considering upgrading from 20GB Premium to an Elite, looks like this is another reason to do it!

I think they deliver to Netherlands: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Dvideogames&field-keywords=hard+drive&x=0&y=0 the new and used one are normally quite cheap or you could try ebay, also look to see if they have a data transfer kit.

I know it wont work but my friend and I said wouldnt it be good if we could buy the game together, save both discs to our HDDs and then my friend keep Disc1 in his 360 and I keep Disc2 in my 360 so it can use it to verify you have the game....
... i know if we thought of it that they most certainly have but it wouldve been cool =)
