need help hard mission

im playing the game on hard and im up to the part were you are in the mines and use the cannon i get two sips of wisky thats all and i cant do it any tips or health cheat

Seriously though, I 'm not sure many people can help you since I'm pretty sure that 99 percent of the people that beat the game on hard used the code to go straight to the last chapter.
