Completed game, but no achievement?

I've just completed the Single player campaign, but not got any of the difficulty achievements.

I completed it on Captain, but no achievement for either Ensign or Captain. The game has just jipped me of 125 points!

Is this a bug or am I the only person this has happened to?

Correction - The game has stopped giving my achivements all together, no matter what I do now.

did you change the difficulty you played it on durring the campaign?

I think I did for one mission, but then re-did it again on Captain.

That must be why, I think you cant change the difficulty when you do it.

Same here, finished the game on Admiral difficulty, but I started it on Ensign (the default). No achievment of any kind for finsihing, not even ensign.

If I replay whole thing from start on Admiral will I get all 3?

kinda dissapointing.

I have the same thing going. I finished the game on captain. Then missed some during the missions so i figured I would go back on ensign, but none of the achievments unlock. I know I'm doing every thing required (even tryed relaying it several times). So no i don't think if you reply from the start you will get anything.

Is it possible to get all of them in this game??

15 ppl have 1000/1000 so it must be possible.

It seems that either you can only have one controller plugged in or you have to be using controller one.
