Well as I've not got all the achievements myself yet, this is more of an outline and some tips here and there on how I did things. The ones I've not got yet have been sourced using information already posted about them.

This guide is subject to change as I gather them or new information is presented.

Starfleet Academy Graduate

25 Gamerpoints

This one is pretty easy to get, and is automatically obtained upon completing the first mission in the game.

Captain Archer Award
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1Dc8P2Nh.jpg
50 Gamerpoints

Another fairly easy achievement, obtained by completing the "Enterprise Era" of the game.

Admiral Kirk Award

50 Gamerpoints

Yup, you guessed it, this one is obtained by completing the "TOS Era" of the game.

Starfleet Ensign
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0Dc8P2Nh.jpg
50 Gamerpoints

Complete the entire game on the Ensign difficulty setting.

*NOTE* I'm currently trying to work out if the difficulty has to be the same throughout the game or if it is just on the last mission. I'll update this with my findings when I find out.

Starfleet Captain
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0jc8P2Ni.jpg
75 Gamerpoints

Complete the entire game on the Captain difficulty setting.

*NOTE* I'm currently trying to work out if the difficulty has to be the same throughout the game or if it is just on the last mission. I'll update this with my findings when I find out.

Starfleet Admiral
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0Dc8P2Ni.jpg
100 Gamerpoints

Complete the entire game on the Admiral difficulty setting.

*NOTE* I'm currently trying to work out if the difficulty has to be the same throughout the game or if it is just on the last mission. I'll update this with my findings when I find out.

T'Pol Award
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1Tc8P2Nh.jpg
30 Gamerpoints

Complete the "Enterprise Era" without losing any ships.

This is fairly easy to do, I managed to do it on Admiral. All you need to do is just ensure that your ships are at least always repairing should they need it. It's better to be on the safe side rather than risk losing your ships.

I did have a couple of instances where hull integrity was down to around 5%. Best thing to do in that situation is break that ship off from the fleet and warp it away to let it repair, whilst you continue the fight with your remaining ships.

Spock Award
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0Tc8P2Ni.jpg
35 Gamepoints

Same as the T'Pol award, but for the TOS Era. If you follow more or less the same strategy as above, you'll have earned yourself an easy 35G's.

Riker Award
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1jc8P2Nh.jpg
40 Gamerpoints

The easy ones start to get a bit repetitive don't they? Complete the TNG era without losing any ships. I don't have this one yet, but I'm on the last mission and haven't lost any ships so far and I've been using the same strategy as before.

It's even easier this time once you get the Enterprise D in your fleet. You should have enough cash to buy yourself a Nebula class. I had just the Enterprise and a Nebula in the first mission I could use a galaxy class ship and walked it on Captain. After that, you get the Enterprise E and can buy yourself more or less a whole fleet of battleships. On the last mission my fleet currently consists of 2x Sovereigns, 1x Galaxy and an Akira, and they aren't doing too badly.

Guardian of Epsilon Theta

In the mission "Be my Shepherd", in the Enterprise Era, don't let any of the Daedalus class ships be destroyed. I only lost one on Captain, but it was because I was playing a little sloppily. It should be relatively easy to do, just make sure you have full power to engines to move quickly enough once you start getting attacked.

Protector of Encaria
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1Tc8P2Ni.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

All you have to do for this one is in the mission "Poisoned Well", keep the spore count below 1000.

Tyburn Shockwave
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0zc8P2Nh.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

Disable 12 Romulan ships by overloading one of the sensor arrays/outpost things in the mission "Stirring the Hive". Well I'm not sure if it has to be just one. I was lucky enough to be able to do it. If you can do it collectively with the installations, let me know and I'll update this.

Lone Wolf of Makus
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1jc8P2Ni.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

Complete the mission objectives without capturing any of the Klingon starbases. I don't have this one yet, I'll be going for it when I play through the game again, but it has been suggested that the best way to do this is on the Ensign difficulty.

Liberator of Makus
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1Dc8P2Nj.jpg

Contradictory to the above, capture all the Klingon starbases. To memory, there are 3, including the one at the shipyard. Take down their shields and beam over an away team.

Pacifist of Makus
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0jc8P2Nj.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

Another achievement for the mission "The Squeeze" and another best done on the Ensign setting. Your aim is to complete the mission without destroying any Klingon ships or stations.

Agile Predator
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/0Dc8P2Nj.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

Complete the mission "Behind Enemy Lines" without taking any damage. Probably best to use Ensign again to get it quickly.

Brazen Warrior
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/home/images/Retail/175/1jc8P2Nj.jpg
20 Gamerpoints

Don't use your cloak in the mission "Behind Enemy Lines".

You only need to do this to one installation to get it. At least, that's how I got it (got the achievement received message in-mission after the sensor installation blows up)

For the difficulity ones, I just tried the last mission on a diffenernt difficulty and I didnt get it, so I think you have to beat the game on all 3 to get them

For the Savior of Aurelia I destroyed both cubes and it didn't trigger the achievement. You must have to save all colony ships to get it. That's going to be quite a feat.

If you can destry the cubes quickly enough, whilst at least a ship or two of yours protects the ships it shouldn't be too much hassle.

You disabled at least 12 ships in "Stirring the Hive" is the message it says on my Xbox.com profile for this achievement. I am pretty sure I got it with multiple sensor arrays. I blew up one sensor and then another and got the achievement. Also by the wording on my Xbox.com profile the wording leads me to believe it is cumulative and not from a single sensor array. I'm also pretty sure I didn't disable 12 ships at one time.

For Spirit of Kahless you have to destroy the borg sphere without detroying any of its support spheres.

For the "stirring the hive" one, I had to get all 12 at a single emmitor. I got a load at different ones (including 11 at one) and didn't get it, but as soon as I destroyed 12 with one I got it. I found the easiest way is to go for the far one - wait, then disable that (not for the achievement yet) then to warp to the one on the right of the screen, go to the tactical menu, zoom in and count them all - if there's 12 hail the sensor and bam! Achievement unlocked.

Brazen Warrior is quite easy to get. Just don't cloak your ship. Put all your power to engines so you can get from point to point faster. When scanning and being attacked just drop all power to shields. Warp to the edge of the map to repair if you have to and you should be good. Only put power to weapons when you need to destroy the sensor array.

Anybody here that could help me with the Custodian of Phidian. This one is really hard for me. Any tips would be appreciated.

Is there a level select in this game? I accidentially completed this level the first time I played it and then shut off the game. When I "continue" the campaign, it starts me on the next mission. I need a level select to get "back" to this mission.

Unfortunately not Mr. Anderson, you can only play through the campaign you cannot select individual missions...

I've already traded the game in, so I can't re-verify this, but here's what I did from memory:

You're forced to use the Stargazer, obviously. Make sure you have/have enough cash to buy 2 of the largest battleships possible (Proxima Refits at that point I believe?), and a small scout ship (I think I used an Apollo).

Take the Stargazer, and the 2 battleships to the center of the asteroid field, and control them from the tactical map. Blast as many as you can, trying to keep them contained.

This can be a little weird, unless you're good with numbers. If you look at the distance from the ship you've got selected to an asteroid, versus the distance to a fixed point (in this case, one of the satellites or a planet), you can roughly judge if it's on a collision course with that point. So compare numbers, and only worry about the ones that are headed to the satellites. Many asteroids will breeze right by them, because they're 1000mm+ above or below.

Notice I didn't say to do anything with the Apollo. Leave it at the starbase. Once the satellites unlock, make sure the 3 warships stay busy, and take command of the Apollo. Grab a weapons platform, and take it to the front side of a satellite.

That's right, a satellite. Screw the planets for now (just make sure your 3 warships are taking out the marked asteroids that are headed for planets). The weapons platforms will blast anything that comes in range no matter where they're placed, so putting one in front of the satellite lets them do the work for you. Once there's a platform at each satellite, then worry about the planets.

It might take a little work. And I'd definitely do it on Ensign. But I truly believe the weapon platform placement is the key to it. You just don't have enough ships to do it otherwise.

EDIT: The reason I say go all out on the battleships & get the best is: Those things have an AMAZINGLY HUGE firing range. I think it was something in the 22-2500 range? It saves a LOT of movement time if you don't have to get as close to fire.

Not to my knowledge, it pretty much means you have to go all the way back and start again.

A lot of people have complained about this, and I agree the achievements would be way easier and more reasonable if there was a level select, but there isn't. :(
