If anyone is having trouble on Insane with the boss battle I'll tell you how I beat it. When you first start out go right and have your snipe equiped. He will run behind the first rock to his left and you should hide behind the first rock on your right. After you move past your rock and get him to move run back to the rock and wait for him to stand in the open on the left side of his rock. If you can get him to fire a shot that misses you, you can pop your head out and get a headshot on him. Once you move back into place, he will fire another shot. Just keep timing your shots after his and he died in about 5 shots for me.
When he charges you with the TNT, just run back to the water and it won't hurt you.

Holister was a bitch, until I walked straight to my right and could see him throwing tnt, then he stopped and looked at me aiming, and didn't fire...7 solid head shots later and I had him..lol...gotta love it..that's after like 2 hours or more of just him...

I found this strategy on my own. Best strategy. The key thing here is to remember that he is using Ned's rifle which has a timed recoil. You can just make the best of things using this information.

So, you're strategy worked beautifully. My friend and I have been playing this for about a week and we got stuck on this part. And thanks to you, my friend was able to beat it this morning, but only after I checked here to get some help. Thanks a lot man!
