More Spolier fun...

I've read the achievement guide and other threads regarding the Spoiler achievement. The guide makes reference to someone being ranked at 400 and something and the other person at 800 and something. If the 800 and something beats the other player, does the achievement pop?

Or is it based on skill levels? Meaning that if I were a 1 skill level I would have to beat a 6 level.

I'm obviously confused and hope that someone can clear this up for me. Thanks in advance.

for example say your ranked 9500 and the other person is ranked 8000 then the achievement should pop up after the game.
