During the Zaft Faction Athrun should ask you to help him escape, this message should be readable even after you finish ZAFT .. you might have needed good relations with him while in ZAFT, this is for both The Great Escape and The Great Pursuit

I can hear your song and Things to protect are used to unlock characters

First one is Under Kira and the other is under .. Kamille i think ?

Qubeley storm should unlock after you finish Glemys special extra mission where you have to use a Bawoo, i forgot what it was called but yeah ..

I'm not sure if it's really required for the Qubeley Storm mission or not, but for me it was locked up when I had 500 kills with a Qubeley (the white one, if it matters). I went into a collection mission to mess around and left with about 2500 shotdowns, and immediately after that mission Qubeley Storm opened up for me.
