Achievements not unlocking

I've got exactly the same thing. Well similar. I have Hat-Trick Hunter Xbox-Live as an Xbox Achievement but it shows at the Hat-Trick Hunter tile in Track Record. I also scored 103 goals and it shows the tile in PES track record but didnt unlock the achievement
