i was having a hard time getting the kycilia request mission, so i went to officila mode cleared chars , and it popped on, hers and doyle one, so in order to get some of those frienship missions, finish official mode first, anyone knows if you could get the one that scirocco betrays titans, after leaving titans? i missed that because i need to finish official mode with kamille first i think, hope i am not screwed...
so mission mode is tied to official mode thats what i've discovered
i also heard you get all rank 4 parts beating the power of bonds and the dynasty warriors master?
no need met the requiements like protect mqve on hard, which i can't do...

Yes, you can get the 'betrayal' type missions after you've finished the faction-arcs. In fact, it's strongly recommended that you don't do those 'till you're done with the main arcs.
