Level 4 Weapons

I know you asked a long time ago but in case anyone else is interested. Here is a link that has detailed explainations. The missions are real simular to what needed to be done for the final weapons in Dynasty Warriors Games. I like using a level 3 weapon with maxed stats though as they can be more powerful. You can try to upgrade your weapon in the shop and if it's not a good fit like 20+ attack you can go to options and reload your save and try again.
