5 executions, please help

I just got this game about a week ago, I've played through a little bit of it, and I decided to go for all the executions. I only need "stained glass" , "bottle", "cocktail hour", "neck boned", and "clavicle crush". I don't know how to get any of these, so if anybody can tell me, thank you very much for the information.

edit:just got the cocktail hour one, I was just killing people with cocktails before, but I found out they have to be kneeling down, then just throw a cocktail at them and it's done. Still need the other four though

Bottle is where you throw a bottle at someone and it kills them I think.
Clavicle crush is done with a tyre iron when there on the floor.
I THINK neck boned is done with either the golf club or the snooker cue and it's also done when there on the ground.
