Do they ever stop?

Do I have to avoid these baddies forever? Or will they stop coming if I keep beating them? I finished the game and I just want to complete all of the mini games and be done with it.

Nah, they never stop, not even when you reach maximum XP :eek:

Best way is to fly around the sea till all 4 exclamation marks are there and try to avoid them, if you can't on one occassion, rinse and repeat.

one more question... are ALL of the racing mini-games out there from the start, or do they come up as I get higher XP or beat other races?

They are there for all to see from the very start.

One thing to note, is that one is under the elevated highway about 2 tiers down from the main part of the city ;) Bit of a bitch to find and quite close to another one.

aight... thanks. It's strange, looking at my times it seems like I've been picking them up in the order that they're shown in my statistics, that's why I thought they may come up in order.
