corrupted save

ahhhhh my game just froze while racing so i restarted my console and now it says my save file is corrupt and can not be used, im not restarting, im stopping at 370 and im very disappointed.

Same thing happened to me. My game froze right after completing a race, restarted the xbox, and it went straight to the opening cinematic for the first race. Mine didn't tell me i had a corrupt save though. I wonder if it can be fixed. I'm pretty pissed cause i just beat the story and was about to get the "Most Wanted" achievement for 100GS.

Not to sound like a broken record, but this just happened to me as well. If you are thinking about playing this game and have had a problem with your box freezing or get frustrated with that, please avoid at all costs.

78% done with the career and it froze ... I HATE YOU EA!

Ya this happens a lot it happened for me with 5 events left, so i started over. Then it happened again, but for some reason if you go in the game offline and then sign into xbl it fixes it. Maybe try that.

Same here I have finished the game but corrupted save and as well cant sign into EA Nation..

Yeah, my save got corrupted when I was more than halfway done with career. Sucked, but I got back into the game and have now completed career - just 2 domination and 2 MP cheev0s to get 1000.

I backed up my save awhile ago - may do that again after seeing this posting.

Yeah I would strongly suggest backing up some saves, I've never had these problems but it threads like this that make you realise that it could happen to you.

With the new USB update it is even easier to get all of that stuff backed up onto your computer or similar.
