So i tried getting this in a system link game (risky stuff worked in that as well, so yeah) and i just flied with every plane in the game: i was selecting the plane, loading the game, and then directly quit, it still saved so i thought it counted.
Well, it counted not i can tell you. It's so annoying: tried getting this online, but then i get disconnected everytime (does it count then?) do you have to complete the match?
or is it somehow achieveble in a system link game?

I just played with one other guy and switched to the very next plane (either left or right) after each match. The person I was playing with got it doing this method and I was only 2 or 3 shy of 30. I joined an online match by myself (which you can also do to achieve Risky Stuff) and quit out, chose another plane, and continued doing that but no luck. So I'm almost sure you have to finish a match with another player in order for a new plane to count. As for using system link, I don't have a good answer because I've only played online. The achievement description doesn't seem to exclude it though. If you have to just post on the forums and I'm pretty sure there will be someone there that will be happy to boost some 1 vs 1.
Btw, past tense of "fly" is "flew". ;)

Oh yeah... i forgot... grammar is more important than games here...
finding people is not the problem, just hit online, but i hate it when people just disconnect after the first round so i believe that doesn't count either.

Then play games with 1 round and preferrably 5 minutes time, I got it quite fast this way..

You must finish the match for it to count. I kept track of all my 100 matches to make sure. Quitting out will not count. As said above, just choose custom matches of 1 round and 5 minutes if you are worried about reaching 100.
Easy way if you have the Ace Combat Flight Sticks = Host a private custom match on a map that doesn't have any mountains, 1 round, 5 minutes. Start the match and hit the guide button. At this point your plane will yaw left and you will fly in a big circle.
The above method helped me complete some matches while I was doing some school work. Doesn't work with the standard controller though.
