How do I beat him?!

I wonder how I shall be able to beat Samuel in the 6th level?! The surrounding looks exactly like the very first level and there is only one health item.. but he always counters me so I need more than one.. how do I do it?!

He's really quite easy, i think the sections that are not lit red are his left side and his back. just use and X and Y when he's infront of you to start a combo and then hit his green sides. Combine combos and power attacks to beat him
Also, you jump to 3 separate locations with Sammy L, Egypt, Nepal and finally the ship. On the ship there are 2 health bottles so you should be fine when you get to this point
