Hungerer of Knowledge - will it unlock when the game is finished?

Hi, I want you to ask, will the Hungerer of Knowledge achievement unlock if I will play the Memory Blocks again to unlock all the glitches? I haven't paid attention to this, until Memory Block 5, but when I realised it, I started to unlock them. Will going back to previous Mem. Blocks work, or I have to start a new game?

It'll unlock whenever you've "clicked" on 85% of the total number of glitches in the game. For me, that happened during the eighth assassination, so it can unlock well before the end of the game.

I don't know from personal experience, but I've read that you can replay earlier chapters/blocks for the glitches, or even play the same block over and over, clicking the same glitches every time. Just make sure your game saves before you exit and load the chapter again.
