Finishing moves + corner problems

Help!

I have the game on easy :D and everytime I get to press X+A to do the finishing move the other guy always presses the button before me! I would of thought I was crap but by the time the button is on the screen its gone. Is there an easy way to get all three buttons first time...

Also in the relive section I need to hit the guy with the turn buckle 3 or 4 times and it's not happening. I Irish wip him but what am I doing wrong?

what relive match are you talking about, i havent finished all of them yet or had to hit someone with the turnbuckle. when you irish whip him into the corner do you also run after him and clothesline him? I forget but i think that makes him groggy and you can do certain moves. I may get to that match soon though.

My problem is that the button mashing parts are crazy, i have a pretty good gaming thumb but man in that submission match with stonecold and brethart, i couldn't belive how hard it was for me to get that.

Sorry, both the last 2 relive matches.

I throw them into the buckle and then close line them but i never thought about afterwards.. hmm > gone to investigate.
