Katamari Perfectionist

I have competed all requests and also completed time trial on every level except Instituto Exactamundo where it doesnt seem to let me choose time trial (I presume this is because there is no time limit, you have to roll a certain size).

But the acheivement just hasnt unlocked, Ive also done time trial on all DLC and I'm stumped why I havent unlocked it. Any help?

EDIT: Don't worry got it now, was glitched and I just had to replay all the levels on timetrial to unlock it.
