Cannot unlock "Complete the game"

I was playing through on saved game until millipeed and somehow my game got erased so I came here and found the level cheat (so I created a new game and started at millipeed) finished the game and the last achieve. wont unlock anyone else out there had this happen?
p.s. if you really dont know/dont care/ or want to flame hows about saving yourself the time of not posting. thanks. any help would be apreciated

i used that cheat too, once you unlock it, you cant get that last achievement. sorry:(

did you do the same as me and erase game? if so did you re do the levels that you did on previous game? Im wondering if its worth to try those levels again or if I have to redo the entire game for 200 points....

well once you turn off your system the cheat goes away so once you start a new game (completley from the beginging) then you'll be able to get the last achievement
not worth it imo.

did you use the cheat from the beginning/ do the whole game on the same save?

As far as i know, the game has to be completed on one save file without the use of cheats in order to obtain the full 1000gs. As you've probably found out, its not that hard to do, but its a bitch if you're gonna have to start from scratch m8, you have my deepest sympathies if that is the case. If you do decide its worth it, get beer and a pizza in, that should alleviate some of the blues methinks. Best of luck 2 u.

i unlocked the cheat menu. i think you have to play every level in order to get the unlock the whole game thing. not sure. but i didn't get it for just beating the last level. and i couldn't be bothered to beat the levels that i didn't because the game in its whole was pissing me off.

My xbox crashed causing me to lose 90mins of gameplay :(

You can use any cheat and still get all the achievements EXCEPT the "Unlock all levels" cheat and the "Unlock all unlockables" cheat. Everything else is perfectly 'legit'. I would suggest the Tommygun, One-hit-Kill, and 999 Ammo cheats, as you'll be able to run through every level quite easily.
