*************SPOILERS*************

Bad blood you have to damage Wesker enough to make him retreat during the Jill and Weskef fight, preferably use the magnum or a coket, he has to run off within the 7 mins you get.

Heart stopper, same fight but with Jill, you need to keep taunting her with Chris and restrain her to rip the heart off her chest, once this is done the ach will unlock, you may need to restrain her several times to do this. lol, heart stopper will unlock when u shoot a Licker (stun him) and then stab him in his heart with X, same as if u were to hit a majini or stab 1 with sheva. the one ur talking about is master's of removing.

To get Heart stopper you have to counter a Licker as they lunge at you, then run over to them and stab them in the heart by pressing X.

Defeat a certain enemy by stabbing it in the heart.

The Licker makes an overdue return in Resident Evil 5 in Chapter 5-1. Use a Shotgun blast to get the Licker on its back and then run in quickly, you should get a prompt to knife it and voilà.

Inflict a set amount of damage to your greatest enemy.

At the end of Chapter 5-3 you will engage in a boss fight with Wesker And Jill. You have 7 minutes here to inflict damage on Wesker, easier said than done. Best head into this one with a Magnum (even better if it's upgraded) to do the most damage.

At the start of the fight head towards the blue door on the right and Wesker should give you a heafty kick through it. Make sure your map is enabled, run away up the stairs and Wesker should follow looking for you. You should see his triangle looking both ways when you've lost him, at this point pop out and try to put some lead into him. Might take a few attempts to get this hang of this but it's doable.

Can be obtained in co-op even if you're playing as Sheva as long as the other person gives Wesker a kicking.[/B]

Bad Blood: Shoot a rocket at wesker from behind, he will caught it then shoot the rocket
can be done when he smashed u through the door. (5-3 only)

Heart Stopper: no idea.. maybe sheva can do that obnly when an enemy is down

Not only Sheva, Chris can too. When a licker is about to die and laying on its back you can run to it and hit X when the prompt shows up on your screen and Chris will pull out his knife and stab the licker in the heart. I think they also drop the Lion Heart jewel automatically for doing this.
