Complete a mission with a plane that has the Unstable perk, flying at least 10 minutes in OFF mode without stalling.What is the best plane to use for this. Its the only one I need to complete all of the campaign objectives

Use the MiG-21 Fishbed, it should be the one with the unstable perk. Do the mission Glass Hammer. Stay on assistance on mode and do all the objectives except taking out the landing craft. Once at that stage, just fly around in off mode for 11 minutes (please use a clock or some other timing device). Do not use the brakes at all or you will stall! Once that is up, go back to assistance on, kill the landing craft, kill the 4 aces. Your MiG should be able to out-turn the aces making the battle extremely short and easy.
