Who really knows? I mean she has been working for Wesker since Resident Evil 2. Maybe she and Claire will make their returns in later installments.

There is a small chance that Wesker murdered her, as she gave him a false Plaga sample (which he knew should would from the beginning) and between RE4 and RE5 he forcefully stole a real sample of Las Plaga from an unknown Agency agent, which alot of people have speculated may have been Ada. Its highly unlikely that Wesker would let this agent live.

I dont know that they would just kill Ada without at least hinting to it, I would expect wesker to say something like "one of my people already crossed me and paid for it, youll be next"....Idk.....or maybe if the RE rebooting rumors are true, they dont care about Ada

I doubt he killed her. Doesn't she have the same powers as Wesker? I kinda remember watching the Wesker Files that came with Code Veronica and it said he revived her with some sort of injection.

I don't think she's dead. With the way capcom cares about the RE lore they would atleast hint at it somehow. And well, RE 6 needs a villain. Ada would be a candidate :p

If you look at Spencer's notebook before the last Uroboros boss, it mentions names of high-level personel of Umbrella/Tricell and a couple of them are still alive. Maybe they might have something to do with the next game.

Capcom also said they are re-inventing the game like how RE4 did from the previous games.
