At the top right (NE) side of the map in the first province there is a Montano settlement (near all of your very fist safehouses). It's on the top of a mountain. Everytime I go there there are 6-8 coca barrels but NO MONTANO to fight.
Is there supposed to be a Montano mission where you have to "Kill the Montano" when there aren't any? Come on some of you 1000 GS Just Cause Achievers, please help me out here...
I've destroyed all the 'points of interest' and all the coca barrels. I've made it past the first 2 Barricades. I can't find any Montano to fight and the "gage" is stuck just before the 3rd Barricade. I've destroyed everything at the facility and am STUCK.
Any advice? Please help.
