How do you get a Scarab in M13? The only one in the map cannot be jacked, and there are no obvious means to build one.

There will be an abandoned scarab located near the base which has the lift to the final base with the operational scarab at it. Anyway there will be a cut scene which will tell u that the covenant have abandoned the first scarab I mentioned. Just clear the scarab of flood and then get your spartan on to it. It will be easy to rack up 25 units.
