Man I needed help with this achievement. Can anyone give me a better decription than the one in the guide?

Never mind. Found it as well. In case it isnt clear to others as it wasnt to me you must search the numbers in order from 4 on. . .

Yeah, search the items on the beach in correct order or the option to get to the Medical Station won't come up.
