yes you can, the flags arent to hard to find just time consuming

Yes,you will have to start a new game for completionist,you might aswell do the memory blocks,too.

Yeah, it just helps to go and do every sub-mission when it's there so you can get it over it.

you can replay a memory block and re-do the missions (this time around doing all of the sub-missions). For Lucy you have to start a new game, because once you go in your room (and miss a convo), you can't get it again on that playthrough. See the stickied Speed Run Guide if you missed convos with lucy and want to run through it fast.
