How many ppl for achievements online?

Hi all i was wondering how many ppl do you need for the kills/flags to count please? Online achievements are becoming hard as not many ppl play the game (http://www.****************.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107988#) modes u want or u get uneven teams.

So any info would be helpful :).
