Right now I'm playing single player. Just found out I used the shotgun on this level I want to repeat with out starting all the way over. A little info would be helpful. Thanks.

Yes, you can. Select "Story Mode"--->Load--->then choose the difficulty you'd like to play on. This will take you to the Load Chapter screen.
