Extra Turns without matching 4?

I've noticed that myself and the computer have been getting extra turns just by matching 3 gems. It doesnt happen all the time, but im just trying to figure out how it happens? Anyone know? All the best.

yeah man.

if you ever click "more info" on your skills screen u can see that some of them give u a certain chance at an extra turn when matching 3 skulls, coins, or experience. i think its the cunning and morale skills but im not sure. its not very large chance, like maybe 5-10% but thats what ur seeing in the game.

Also, the Great Axe weapon gives you a 50% chance for an extra turn when you do a certain amount of damage. I've found it a very useful thing to keep equipped.
