i only see memory glitches in 4 places:

- I not sure but first at the assasins bureau.
- second at the assasination target place cutscene.
- and when u killed the target.
- and after the kill if u get back to maysaf for the old man (dont know his name:P) to restore rank and some skills . (not quite sure about this one either)

now is my question:
do the memory glitches also appear at the investigation cutscenes or not???

Nope. Investigation missions don't have memory glitches. Just the places that you listed.

Wah!! This achievement is the one that really bugs me because I'm usually too slow to notice them.

The best thing to do is whenever there is a cutscene just keep on tapping some buttons on your controller, you can't skip the scene and as long as your tapping a button you will always see the glitches.

All I did on this game was just keep tapping rb and I got the chieve towards the end of the game.

Can you get this one by re-playing after the game ends, or do you have to start from the beginning?

what? seriously? theres like a five second delay after they show up or something like that i got most of them after they had already flashed

You have to start from the beginning, that's what I'm doing at the moment. I missed this achievement on my first playthrough, damnit.

They only appear in those cutscenes, and as long as you are at least paying some sort of attention, you can get this near the end of the game. You can still miss a few, but that's still not many.
