"Big In _CITY_" Achievements Question

So, I'm hoping to do some preparation before my RB-bandmates come over to rock out. If I do all but 1 set in each city, will the "Big In" Achievements unlock for everyone if they've only played the final gig there? Anyone have first-hand experience with this?

That's exactly what I did so that my boyfriend could get the Big In achievements.
I did every setlist but one in every city by myself.... and then he came over and played the last setlist and got all the achievements with me.
So pretty much I did all the work for him... but it was fun anyway.
