go somewhere you uncapped, get busted and then u have to recap it lol i did that

go to the matrix plaza and opposite one of the sides theres a biiiiig indoor place with tons of mongo, try there, thats where i did it

I just got it an hour ago. Did what you said and went to matrix. Pretty awesome. 8 achievements left!
