to get this acievement you need to download someone elses created spot and then get number 1 on its leaderboard. It might be easier to find a spot with fewer downloads, because then there are less people to beat. Keep trucking (no pun intended) and you'll get it

i downloaded a few spots but how do i get to play them to get the achievment. any help would be appreciated.

just download the spot then go to single player and its in the map options created spots and just load em up

Look for a "most recent" one and make sure the score is low/they only uploaded the crap spot for the achievement.
