OMGG please help!

yes i know theres a gazilion threads on this lol
but help ive tried all types of strategys for the penalty achievement except the 4 controllers as i dont have 4 controllers and i cant even get to havin a penalty! any good tips or any1 able to help online?

I had the sams problem, but the 4 controler way is the best way. i had spent over 20 hrs doin' it n then tryed 2 controlers n 2 guitars. i ended up getting it in 5 min!
