unable to get penalty shot achievement.

Well for the past hour ive been trying to figure out how to get myself a penalty shot and finally figured it out consistently. Anyways ive made 3 shots so far and have yet to get this achievement.. So is there any tips to why even tho ive made the shots I haven't got the chevo.. at all start difficulty.

Update lol. I restarted a new game and changed settings before it started. I think it may have disabled the achievement because I changed settings in game at one point. So I got 250g! WOOT.
