Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before, but after you complete the game can you go back and do achievements like saving the civilians in each district or must this all be done before game completion?

Yes, just load the Memory Block before you fight that English Templar.

BTW, in case you haven't noticed, you can NOT get Conversationalist without starting an entirely new game. The rest of them you can get after you beat it.

use the new roadmap feature in the achievement guide so that you only need one playthrough to get the full 1000
