I do apologize if this has been posted before but I was wondering how to get a game out of a 360 that has red-ringed? Thanks for any help.

explain more.... because even when a 360 has red ringed it can still be turned on and you can remove the disc....
does your 360 have any power?? or what....

If you take the face plate off the front of the console, under the tray there should be a tiny hole. This is the manual eject. If you poke a paper clip in there it should cause the tray to be pushed out.

If it's only Red Ringed, then the tray will open.

It's only stuck in there if the disc drive is broken.

Will your Xbox turn on at all? Because if it can just press the Eject Button then the Disk Tray should come out! But if this doesn't work get a butter Knife and open it. But don't go to hard otherwise Microsoft will think you have been messing about with your Xbox!

On the xbox 360, there's a secret disc eject tray button you can access with like a pen. I'd send you a link but you should be able to google it and find it.

If you want to use force, you can easily pry the tray out to remove the game. I did that when my 360 no longer powered on. Afterward, I just pushed the tray back in.

Alright I apologize to those that were asking questions as I posted this right before I headed home for Christmas. When I turn my old 360 on the red lights come up and it will not let me eject the disk. Thanks to those about the manual eject that is what I will try next. Thanks.

Sounds to me like it's not a RRoD then, if it had the 3 lights you can still eject the drive. Only when the drive becomes FUBAR'd will it not eject. :mad:
